My son placed it in the opening for a Kenmore that was 15 years old. He had to grind away about 1/8 in. of grout on the top of the tile backsplace that we had put in after the Kenmore had been installed. Other than that, a perfect fit for a beautiful oven.

I will tell you that I replaced a whirl pool unit with this one without having to make any changes to the space where it hangs above the stove, it fit without issue. Its all about the dimensions. I can not say if these are standard dimensions for microwaves over a stove. The best way is to simply compare source and target. The unit has been working fine although I have had it less than a year. It is a little loud however.
