The greatest troubleshooting you can perform is to see if the lid is open. Fully open both of the faucets. Make that the water pressure is within the acceptable range. Line up the hoses at the water input. Clean the screens and disconnect the hoses (the tap filter screens can be jammed). Either reset the circuit breaker or inspect the fuse.
