QuestionCan you tell me how much water is needed for the cycles or even size of the loads? I have a 300 gallon tank with pump for a cabin and just owuld like to know how much water this uses to make sure it would work.

- Answer Good luck getting a straight answer from Insignia. I have scoured questions and Insignia beats around the bush simply stating that " it depends. " Personally I need to add some whitener to my wash and need to know how many gallons of wash water is used for a large load How hard is this to answer? Good luck getting anything from Insignia

- Answer The unit has a 1-year manufacturer warranty so no need to worry about the return policy .All you would have to do is call them and let them know that you' have received a defective unit. They will then ship you out a new one. They will also come pick up the defective one. At no charge.

QuestionI bought this washer (open box-excellent). There is no bottom cover. Can I safely operate it without one? I have this washer in an apartment where I'm not supposed to have it....is the cover a baffle or simply a dust cover?

QuestionJust bought this. Looks great ,quiet. It won't fill more than half to 3/4 of the way even with the setting on large load. Is there a way to recalibrate? Already threw away the box so returning will be a problem.

- Answer Yes it turns off after the cycles are finished however I wouldn't leave it alone bec its attached to the sink and you should be turning the water off once it's done personally I turn the water off once it's in the final spin cycle

- Answer Disconnect the shower head and attach the hose to the threaded pipe. That should work the same as attaching it to a sink faucet.

QuestionI just hooked my washer up and ran the test load, and it proceeded to drip-leak from the bottom. How do i fix this?

- Answer When I installed the bottom cover, I noticed the hoses are clamped on by spring tension clamps, you can probably replace them with hose clamps that use a screwdriver. You'll get "more" even pressure around the hoses. Just my opinion.. I just opened up my machine today but haven't hooked it up yet, but will probably replace those clamps before I run it and have the same problem.
