Please try again later.Not exactly sure but I would give you my experimental guess... you may have put too much products/food in it and eliminated proper air flow inside which can cause ice build up, the unit may be too close to the wall which can cause improper air flow to the condenser which also can cause ice build up, When ice builds up it will send it to a defrost y till all the ice has melted... I would empty it and unplug it till all the ice has melted... then replug the u it back in ... check the temperature before refillillung it with food but do not over fill it... jmt
