• I have not put cooked food in mine, it is just used for drinks outside on the patio. AZ has over 110 degree temperatures, so if my drinks are kept iced cold. I would place a thermometer in there to check that the temperature stays at 39 degrees.

• It should be fine. It’s a refrigerator and has settings to make it colder if you need to crank it up.
