Hello there, all of our Insignia plug & play products come with at least warranty information included, if the product is previously purchased and then returned it will have to be labeled as an open-box item, if you did not purchase it as an open box product you can surely take advantage of the Best Buy 15 day policy for returns and exchanges. -John Insignia Support.
