“I got one today via in store pick up. The box was not sealed/no sticker and the only thing inside was the cable (no paperwork). Is that the way it's supposed to come? I can't help but wonder if they gave me one that someone else used and returned.”

Hello there, all of our Insignia plug & play products come with at least warranty information included, if the product is previously purchased and then returned it will have to be labeled as an open-box item, if you did not purchase it as an open box product you can surely take advantage of the Best Buy 15 day policy for returns and exchanges. -John Insignia Support.
