Get a refund/return/replacement put in. Replacement, really. That will solve your issue by getting one the next time with all the parts that you need because if I remember right, you usually get that extra part/hinge you're talking about (it comes with your Insignia fridge). You seemed to have gotten a fridge with a few missing extra parts it normally comes with.
