That's like asking "How blue is the sky?" It's up to you. The freezer and refrigerator sections have separate adjustments, for greater flexibility. If you want ice, or to freeze meat, I suggest under 32 degrees for the freezer. If you use milk, it should be no more than 40 degrees. For other foods, Google "suggested temperature for storage of xxxxxxxxxxxxx."
