Is this considered a standard size refrigerator null

There is no such thing. It's like asking if there is such a thing as a standard size bed, or towel. All come in different sizes for different needs and purposes. Get a refrigerator that fits YOUR needs: fits in your kitchen (or wherever you want to install it), holds enough for the number of people who will use it, etc.

It’s apartment size at best. We bought for a garage frig. It’s probably not 5’ tall and about 2’ wide.

It is described as having a capacity of 10 cubic feet, while what niche be considered a “standard size” refrigerator would have about a 20 cubic feet capacity. So this 19 cf refrigerator might be considered about right for a small apartment kitchen
