“Do you have to connect headphones in order to hear it or is there audio without the headphones?”

• There is audio, but it isn't adequate for me or my kids. We thought the headphones option worked well. Try a small, battery powered speaker plugged into the mimi 1/8'/3.5 mm audio out. that way, everybody in the car could hear.
