- Answer Either screen can be the master player. The player with the AV OUT connection is the master player, and the player with the AV IN connection is the secondary player.

QuestionOne of the players is just stuck on the blue insignia screen. It turns on, says disc loading, and last memory, then nothing. None of the remote buttons work either, just get a O with a / through it when I try any of the remote buttons.

QuestionWe bought this set last year as a replacement as we headed out on vacation. One of the wires has never worked since we bought it. Wasn’t an issue until we actually needed both players. Is this under warranty or does Insignia sell a replacement?
