“The manual say’s to place the drip pan on the bottom rack holder and could limit the size of a chicken for rotisserie. Can you place the drip pan on the very bottom without interfering the operation of the unit?”

• I always keep the drip pan on the bottom of the unit and only remove it for cleaning.

• I would recommend a Cornish Hen or a real small chicken so there is enough room to rotate. You won’t be gaining too much room by not using the drip plate

• Slide the included drip tray onto the lowest rails to collect dripping oils, sauces, or other dripping residue.
