Just sharing, my iPhone 12 does display the red/blue = purple front Leda when charging. Keep in mind this is only a 10 watt max charger to begin with. Vs the standard 15w high power spec. Others have said the Samsung are picky when using QI spec chargers. The Samsung may not consider The 10w as a fast charger snd communicate this ability to the charger. More a Samsung issue than charger. Many reports online of sa sung users having to use Samsung chargers related tk their fast charging. You might have better luck with a newer QI spec 15 watt or greater charger Just to mention, the 10w charger charges the phone very fast to begin with. I looked at higher power models and Rejdcted them, due to higher COST and reported higher heat, charger and phone, which is a possible negative.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m not sure where you read that about the light colors letting you know the charging speed. Mine just says the blue light let’s you know it’s charging. However, I have changed out the cords on some of my chargers from the regular USB charging blocks to the USB-C charging block and cord, and I believe there is a noticeable difference. Might be worth a try. Also I use mine for my iPhone 12 so there may be differences for that reason as well. Sorry I couldn’t help with the light situation.
