Q: QuestionHi, I am finding the item is great. However, sometimes it gives me red light/blinking red, I do not know why even though everything is perfectly set up. For that reason, I sometimes have to unplug and plug it again. It's annoying at times. Please help!
Asked by What.
- A:Answer A red light means you don't have enough power input. Your connections (usb mini and charger plug) could be loose. A blinking red light means a charging error. If your phone is still in its case, it won't charge. The red blinking light could also mean loose connections.

Q: QuestionCan I charge my iPhone 6s, 7, SE 2020 with a protective case with Insignia -10W Qi Wireless charger?
Asked by AP.
- A:Answer The charger will work with the SE 2020, and it should work through most cases, but won't work with cases that have a piece of metal in them for magnetic mounting purposes. iPhones 6 and 7 do not have wireless charging capability, so this charger will not work with those phones.
