A CAT 6 will work just fine, just try to keep off of the ground if you can. If not then I would bury it in tubing just to keep it safe...

As you move up the CAT scale you increase all areas of efficiency. As we are increasing data streams so rapidly, I would recommend CAT 7. CAT 7 is shielded and is designed for additional distance. If you are not budget limited, go with the CAT 7.
