A:AnswerSince the device is so new, Doubt that you will be able to find an solid answer but I don’t see why wouldn’t it unless Amazon is making “their own” wireless charging pad.
A:AnswerHi Iris,
The red light means that the device is not charging. Feel free to get in contact with our team so we can look into this together.

A:AnswerYes. I have an iPhone XR which is a year older then yours and it works good with my phone. The iPhone XR and iPhone 11 both have the QI built in it which makes the wireless charging work.
A:AnswerI'm sure it would if you have a USB port to plug it into. The problem is, you have to remove your protective case to charge it and it slips easily off the charging unit. I would not recommend this for your car. I'm returning mine.
A:AnswerThe pad stays plugged in during use, it is not a portable changed, it needs AC to work. I leave it plugged in on the counter. I simply set the phone down on it and it will charge it automatically. There is also a blue LED on the unit to show it is charging your phone, it goes off when phone is removed. If a phone not compatible with wireless charging is set on top it, the LED turns red.
