If everything is plugged in correctly it may be that you have a case that’s too thick on it or it can’t read through the case. I have a tech 21 case and it works perfect with it on. Try taking off the case and charging it without it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have a thick case or metal on your phone, the wireless charge will most likely not work. Try charging it naked, and if it is naked, I recommend possibly returning it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found in a different site’s review that the red ring indicates that the phone isn’t charging properly. Maybe try a different wireless charger?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You must place your phone in a certain position on the base. It should be closer to the port towards the bottom of the phone and then it should turn blue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Red indicates that the phone is not charging/not compatible etc...It may be a defective unit as it should be charging that phone (Iphone 8/Plus/X) wirelessly unless you made a typo and meant to say your iPhone 7plus instead.
