“The manual says to TURN OFF the fridge before doing the shelf re-arrangement on the door. Where is the "on/off" button? The installers never showed us and we can't find one!”

• Thanks, KDub & Anonymous. Indeed, that's how I turned off/on every fridge I've ever had: unplug it. However, on page after page of "how to's," the manual specifically indicates for step one (quoting exactly), "1. Turn off your refrigerator and unplug it from the wall outlet." So there appears to be a switch somewhere. See photo.

• There is no on/off switch, you just cut power by unplugging the refrigerator.
