No, maximum seems to be 65 Watts plus 35 watts

So (straight from its own manual) with one C-port in use, it's 100W, with both it splits either 30W/65W (I realize that's not 100W; I assume they do this to protect against over-draw?) or with dynamic adjustment it is 45W/45W. The A-port is always capable of outputting 12W regardless of the other ports.
