• When I read through the instructions that came with my refrigerator I did notice that they said to not build this unit into any cabinetry. :( maybe you could do it if you were good at that sort of thing (which I am not) but you would kinda be on your own.

• According to the instructions included with the unit, it says the cooler needs "1.6" of space on all sides of the cooler to allow for proper air ventilation." The instructions also say not to recess or build it in. "This cooler is designed to be free standing only."
