Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same issue. If you load the shelves with a little over half they will slip out of the grooves and come out. I had fun trying to get my beverages out without them dumping on the floor when that happens. The shelves are definitely too narrow and just barley catch the edge of one side when inserted without anything on them. I've been thinking of trying to 3d print something that will snap on the sides and fit in the slot or ordering slightly bigger shelves. Definitely not buying another one because of this. It seems it has got worse as time passes. I've had this about a year and half.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had the same problem, and the shelves look just a little to small. There is too much play on either side, so if there is weight in the middle of the shelf that causes any sort of bowing, the shelves will fall.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My shelves have not fallen at all. Maybe your cooler has a manufacturing problem. Mine has been great. The only problem I had was soda bottles were falling over, but I put a piece of foam on the shelf and the soda bottles stay upright now.
