Q: QuestionI purchased this unit and it won't get below 42°, it's only 4 days old and they're stating they won't repair the unit. What does the warranty and parts cover then? I live 4 hours round trip to Best Buy so returning it isn't a good option.

• A:Answer I did not check with a thermometer but it froze my protein shakes that were upright at the back of the cooler. These were on the middle shelf. This was on the coldest setting of 6. It’s a dial setting not digital.
