- Answer Not directly. This is a 12 VDC fan, you can run this fan at a lower VDC as well. Power it with an old 120 VAC to 12 VDC adapter ( think cell phone charger).

QuestionMy cooler master a7015-45rb-3an-c1 fan went out and won't spin to keep computer cool . Will this work to replace it ? Everytike I start pc always says fan problem. I have a gaming PC.

- Answer Your PC is alerting you at startup because your system's BIOS monitors some of the fans in your system - generally these include the CPU and CASE fan. As for a direct replacement, the Cooler Master fan that you specify - a 7015-45rb-3an-c1 - is a 70mm fan, this is quite a bit larger at 120mm. So it will not fit as a direct replacement.

- Answer Should definitely be fine. I used it for a diy project and had it wired up to a car battery for a minute there while doing testing.
