“What is the highest outside temp that this will still work as as freezer? Can it withstand 105 degree outside temp if in a shop with no air?”

Unfortunately you have to go online to get and print the manual for this freezer. I had my resourceful brother print it for me and I got the answer that I needed. It may have your answer.
