“Is it possible to have this delivered to my basement? It would need to go down a flight of stairs. Ideally, I want in the garage but since it is not intended for that area I need to have it placed elsewhere. Thanks”

One of mine was delivered to the basement. Do you have basement door with outside access...this will make it easier. Oh and take measurements to make sure it will pass through the door openings of each access point in the delivery path.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To get mine in the basement the door had to be removed. Stand firm with the delivery team and make sure they remove the door (if needed), a second appointment was schedule because first team didn't wouldn't do it.
