“Why does this freezer (model NS-UZ14WHO) beep 10 times approx. every 30 mins? The freezer is set at -11. Everything inside, is nicely frozen. How do I fix this problem? I want the beeping to STOP! Its been doing this for 4 days now.”

Close the door to turn off the alert and check to make sure that nothing is blocking the door, preventing it from closing. Also, check to make sure that the freezer is level.
