“Hi - we’ve had this freezer for exactly one year and it’s been fine except for lately. We’ve noticed that the door keeps reading “high temp” but nothing has changed. Anyone else have this issue?”

Try unplugging the power from the unit and then replugging and see if the hi temp goes away. Could be the default after a previous power interruption. Also, you can set the temp to what you need by pressing the + or - button - you may firs that to press the lock button for 3-4 seconds before it allows you to make changes. I have my freezer set to 0 deg F and fridge set to 39 deg F
