What is the highest outside temp that this will still work as as freezer? Can it withstand 105 degree outside temp if in a shop with no air? null

Unfortunately you have to go online to get and print the manual for this freezer. I had my resourceful brother print it for me and I got the answer that I needed. It may have your answer.

• Locate the freezer away from direct sunlight and sources of heat, such as a
stove, heater, or radiator. Direct sunlight may affect the acrylic coating and
heat sources may increase electrical consumption. Extremely cold
temperatures may also prevent the freezer from performing properly.
• Avoid locating the freezer in moist areas, or in extremely hot or cold areas.
• Garage ready when set to Freezer Mode and in ambient temperatures of 0° to 110° F (-17.8° to 43.3° C)
