No, this unit does not have a setting to keep the temperature display on 24/7.

No it doesn't. It only comes on when you open the door and shut it it will display the temperature

No it does not. Only once you open it and until the inside reaches the correct temperature again is a displayed. Once it reaches the temperature it goes off. The only thing that’s lit is that little dog that shows whether you’re using it as a refrigerator or freezer. I hope this information helps
