I have two (a fridge and a freezer) and they work great so far. The installers didn’t put the handles on. I’ve read the directions in the setup guide and the hex screws are too small for the hole so they won’t screw in place. What can I do? null

There is no bushing or spacer included. How can I get that?

If it wasn't installed correctly, contact the delivery & setup company and the store where you bought it and have them complete the job.
