“I have two (a fridge and a freezer) and they work great so far. The installers didn’t put the handles on. I’ve read the directions in the setup guide and the hex screws are too small for the hole so they won’t screw in place. What can I do?”

Carl at Insignia, There is no bushing or spacer included. How can I get that?
