• I’m a consumer....your question probably needs to be answered by manufacturer but I have in my garage and set as a freezer at -4 and I bought a temperature gauge to go inside. It’s maintained the temperature at -4. When using as a refrigerator and set temp at its lowest setting of 36 degrees the unit would only cool down to 40 degrees. Hope this helps.
