I was told no, they do not unbox or even have to put it where you need it at all unless they are installing it. Since a freezer doesn't need to be installed, they wouldn't unbox. I was just told this today 7.7.21 but a geek squad representative as my freezer was delivered, put in a corner facing a wall, and not unboxed, leaving it completely useless to me as I can't move it myself and I have no help. Make sure they don't do the same to you.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I reside in Florida, so, I am answering with that information because not all States are completely open since COVID 2020 outbreak. Yes, the refrigerator/freezer was delivered, uncrated, and brought into my home. Hope this helps.
