“Need help ! Just bought this today, has been plugged in about four hours , no wine in it yet. Every 15 minutes it sounds like a doorbell with a pop. Is this normal, or will it stop once I put wine bottles in it?! Do I need to return it?”

• My wine cooler has never made this noise. I would return it. Unless this noise is listed as a feature in the manual that was turned on. I would review the manual before returning it.

• The sound should be from the compressor when it starts running, this is normal.
