A:AnswerI have tried to Google image search this model and can't find a clear answer for what the power cable needed for the Insignia NS-E430A10 would be. This adapter does come with 7 different size pins to fit a wide variety of electronics. You may want to check on your TV for the required power input as this adapter does have a limited range of 1.3 A max for 3-12 V DC or 2.1 A for 5 V DC. Sorry I could be more help, but when I purchased my adapter I was told that if I didn't work I could return it even if the box was opened for a full refund. See attached photo for the tip varieties that are included with this adapter.
