A purchased this product May 9th 2026 I used the two ports the 100 and the 20 so that's total 120 W in my car port which is 180 Watts capable of but I actually heated to the point where the socket itself was disabled I had to replace it since then I only used 100 watt port it's still Heats and I tried to monitor the Heat yesterday which is June the 2nd I noticed that it's not charging so I thought there is a problem with my device it turned to be actually the 100 watt Port is not working anymore I contact customer service they are very friendly and offered a replacement we will see if they will follow through

We have a 2013CRV and the original USB for our car can't provide enough power for our phone. This adapter provides a good charging speed. It can keep up with our phone usage which is mainly for google maps.

This is the best product if you go traveling or use your phone a lot. It would charge your phone very quickly. Your car needs to say 12 V providing between a 100 W to 180 W. If not, the product will start blinking and will not charge your device other than that It is a great Item majority of the cars provide the power if not It was start blinking and not charged correctly. A lot of old cards cant provide It.
