No the s7 and s7 edge phone uses a charger named "micro" so type in "micro charger for car" and one should pop up if not then use Google.

This car charger works to charge the S9, but it doesn't work with the S7. I don't know exactly what the difference is in the USB connector. It is best to take your S7 to a store that sells phones and chargers, and show your phone to the salesperson, and they will tell you which charger you need.
