“I bought a box of these for my sons room and a box for my daughters room they each have a strand hung and there own remotes to control them but the problem is when my son uses his remote it also turns my daughters lights too and vise versa any way to not”

My roommate has the same lights as me, and yes it is a problem. what you can do to prevent it is to have your kids cover the sensor of the remote, it will still turn on their own lights but they will not have the problem of turning on the other light in the other room
