“I plugged it in but it simply wont turn on but i had Best Buy plug it in infront of me & they turned on is it because the outlet im using doesn't have enough power for the led lights to function? Please help me out..”

You could try to use a different outlet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The 120V Class 2 power supply supplies power to the LED lights so it's not the problem. If the power supply were bad, then it would not turn ON at all. I would first verify whether the remote IR sensor is mounted properly or in view of the remote, then change the batteries in the remote. If the remote is working, then it could be the remote receiver.
