“Lost or didn't come with the 2 screws that go between door and handle. How do I get these parts for Insignia Upright Freezer plz?”

• We lost one of the hex screws also. If you still have Quick Set Up guide that came in a clear plastic cover, there are 2 replacement hex screws along with the 2 extended screw heads in a small plastic pouch. It also contained the hex wrench.
