• The charges has a total of 3.4 amps. Each USB port has 1.7amps output.

• A 17 watt usb charger plugged into a 12 volt outlet would produce 1.4 amps.

• At 17 watts divided by the 12 volt car puts it at 1.4 amps. I think tat should do it
