Any expert would expect the consumer to know if their own home has a water line where the refrigerator goes. It's not rocket science, if there is a copper line there, it does, if not, it don't. Nor is it rocket science, or expensive, to get a kit and run a line from the nearest water supply. Typically the kitchen sink. However, some people just look for things to complain about.
