• Yes they are. The unit comes with a hinge flip kit included.

• Yes but it is extremely difficult, as mine came with the bottom hinge screwed to the bottom side of the fridge - i.e, you would have to flip the entire fridge over to unscrew the bottom hinge in order to reverse the door. Awful design - most fridge doors are screwed only to the front of the fridge body. Better to pay Best Buy to do it,

• Yes the doors are reversible. The delivery guys refused to do it for me since they said I didn't request that service when I ordered. I ended up doing it myself and it was a pretty big PITA. Would definitely suggest requesting Best Buy to do it if you plan on having it done.

• Yes. It comes with a piece that attaches to the top as well as instructions on how to change the doors.
