“Just got this fridge delivered but not installed. After unboxing, we see the plastic on the back side bottom is cracked. Cant find a replacement part. Question, is this a real part or is it a protective cover for shipping that is supposed to be removed?”

I do not know about any plastic parts on the bottom, When mine was delivered it was taken out of the box (on request) because I needed to get it into the kitchen myself ( I did not account for the doo frame) witch was just off. Doors had to come off and some moldings as well. But after that everything was replaced (with no left over parts). As for any plastic parts I did not come across nothing like that.
