QuestionJust purchased new. The user guide says to let it run for 24 hours on the recommended freezer setting. After 24 hours at the "recomended" setting the freezer temp is not at 0 degrees F? Do I need to turn the freezer to "max" then back to "recommended?"

- Answer Yes. Your old fridge was out of level. If a fridge is plumb and level, the door should stay where you open it to.
