how do I ADJUST TEMO TO 34 DEGREES ? null

When fridge was initially installed by delivery man, it was set at level "4" in the fridge on the first day. Later that day I changed temp to level "3" because I thought It was getting too cold too fast. Since then, I have a thermometer in the fridge, it has registered at 34 degrees any time I check the thermometer. Consistently 34 degrees!
