I had to switch it myself. The delivery guys were just contracted by Best Buy to drop off the refrigerator and nothing else. Switching the door took me maybe 30 or 40 minutes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, they did not. When calling customer service, I was on hold for >40 minutes. The doors still open the wrong direction. The refrigerator is a great product! The delivery service, not so much! Hope this helps.
