• No. This model uses 110 vac only.

• On this model, the power cord is only a "regular" AC cord. There is no external power pack (like a laptop might have). The cord is a regular "Edison" 2 prong (polarized) cord. There is no 12v (or whatever) jack on the TV for powering via a car battery. You would need to use an inverter with sufficient wattage. This TV says it requires 120 volts / 30 watts.
