• Between the EXIT button and the Volume control is a button marked "Aspect" on the remote. There must be 5 answers before this telling you to press the Aspect button until the picture is correct.

• There are several previous answers to this question, I believe. Hit the "Aspect" button on the remote until the picture fills the screen.

• It does--the picture is 18.5 diag.--I have it on right now and measured it

• The manual explains how to get to the way to set the picture setting. It needs to be set on wide screen in order to fill the whole screen.

• You can extend the picture to the full screen. I looked up how on the Internet. I will say that the picture, without using hi def cable, makes people appear slightly fatter.

• It does cover the whole screen when you use HD/TV. Call your service provider.
