“I am not getting a full screen picture. I am getting black lines on sides of the picture. What do i do?”

• Check your picture aspect on your unit. It sounds like you are viewing it in pillar-box mode. It could also be whatever programming you're viewing that may be formatted for 4x3 instead of 16x9

• Press the MENU button and find the "Aspect Ratio" option (might be under advanced options) and set that to 16:9. This is standard HD framing.

• Go into menu and research as it will show wide screen and you will be able to extend. If you can't find suggest you call them as ithey will walk you through the steps.

• You have to go into the setup menu and select the advanced setting. In there you can change the screen aspect ratio to wide screen, zoom ...ect
