• The speakers are small and less than 2 watts so you have to crank it up quite a bit. If you get this tv and are hard of hearing I would recommend a SMALL soundbar to go with it.

• Mine is located in the kitchen too and the sound quality is good. But when things get busy, adding speakers or a sound bar could be helpful.
